Brand Style Guide
It is critically important for visual brand identity information to be easily available and accessible to those working in a company. A web version of the style guide was created as a way for faculty and staff to have centralized access to logo explanations, color guides, and palettes, typefaces, as well as collateral and template documents, photo library, and other downloadable materials for their use. While a comprehensive and in-depth version of our style guide is available upon request, this shortened version fits the needs of most requests.

Apparel & Merchandising
In order to maintain brand integrity and uphold the standards of the brand, I was the main point person for branding approval for merchandising and apparel. This extended to our online spirit store, items sold on campus, as well as student club and organization apparel.
For merchandise sold on-campus or in-person, designs had to be either requested through the Marketing & Communications Department or approved by me. I worked with faculty staff to ensure that they were using the appropriate logos, typefaces, and colors on products to enhance our brand and encourage use outside of campus. I held focus groups to determine which styles of sweatshirts students wanted available to purchase on campus, what accessories or items would they like to see, as well as determine different styles that would suit each student, faculty/staff, alumni, and/or family's interest.
For our online spirit store, I worked alongside the vendor representative to provide logo templates, color palettes, approved styles and brands, and determine which templated styles needed to be removed to adhere to our brand. Prior to launch, I worked with the vendor to ensure that each item available for sale fit the needs of our community that would then help us grow our brand awareness further with each purchase.
For clubs and organizations, to best set each group up for success, I held an annual meeting with adult moderators and student officers to explain expectations and processes for apparel approval. Students then submitted their designs prior to ordering and adjustments were made to adhere to our visual brand identity. Designs are not mine but were approved as meeting brand standards.
